Anyone who builds dairy cow rations can use NittanyCow. That includes dairymen, veterinarians, nutritionists and salesmen. NittanyCow is built to be as simple or complex as you want to make it. We've got hundreds of users spread over dozens of countries around the world, and we're still growing!

Yes! Any rations you create during your trial period or within the duration of your user license will still be saved, even if the license expires. You will simply be locked out until you are able to buy and activate a working license key.

There is no automated system for generating a license key, therefore, depending on time of day and availability, it may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to receive the e-mail with your user license activation information. If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder in your e-mail to make sure that the e-mail was not filtered by your e-mail service. If it is time sensitive, reach out to the contacts listed on the Support page.

The trial period of 30 days begins on the first day that you install and open NittanyCow. When you purchase a license key, you will be informed of the expiration date associated with the key,, and your current license will run out on that day regardless of the day it is activated. NittanyCow will begin providing warnings when opened with a key that will expire in less than 20 days. 

For security reasons, we do not store your credit card information on our website or in the NittanyCow program, so you can't buy or renew your license through the program. You must go to the Purchase page of our website and use your choice of third-party credit card processors (PayPal or Authorize.net). 

You can refer to the technical instructions below to transfer your NittanyCow data. You will need to send a request to help@nittanycow.com for assistance in transferring your license, but the expiration date of your license key will not change.
